Denim Rogers brings ten years of coaching expertise and a genuine love for athletics to the RCI team. As a Garden City Community College graduate, he achieved the distinction of becoming a Junior College National Champion and record holder. Throughout his competitive career, Denim earned eight All-American honors, qualified for five USA Championships and the Olympic Trials, and represented Team USA on multiple occasions. Denim holds an associate degree from Garden City Community College, a bachelor’s degree from Houston Christian University, and has completed business coursework at Texas Tech University. His transition from competitive athlete to community mentor drives his dedication to creating exceptional programs, supporting developing athletes, and strengthening the local sports landscape.
Taylor Deniston brings a strong blend of athletic experience, leadership, and operational expertise to the team. A former collegiate basketball player, she earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Tabor College. She then went on to complete her MBA at Fort Hays State University while serving as a graduate assistant for the Northwestern College women’s basketball program. Taylor has held multiple operational roles with the Seattle Mariners, a Major League Baseball team, where she developed a sharp ability to manage logistics and enhance both fan and team experiences. Driven by a passion for people and a commitment to making a positive impact in her community, she thrives in roles that allow her to mentor student-athletes, elevate game-day operations, and contribute to team success.
Jenna McDonnell is the Conference Sales Manager at The Refinery. Originally from Kansas City, she earned her degree in Hospitality Management with a focus on events from Kansas State University. Jenna brings a strong background in both event operations and hospitality sales, with experience ranging from resort and conference center operations to hotel sales at the Omni in downtown Dallas. She combines hands-on operational knowledge with a client-focused sales approach to create seamless and successful events.
With a strong background in customer service, employee relations, operations, and financials, Caetlin brings a thoughtful, hands-on approach to retail leadership. She is passionate about creating a positive, welcoming store environment where customers feel at ease and team members feel supported and empowered to do their best work.
Working closely alongside her team, Caetlin helps ensure smooth execution on the sales floor through clear communication, consistent service standards, and a practical, solutions-focused mindset. She is known for building strong relationships, leading by example, and stepping in wherever needed to support both customers and staff.
Raised to value hard work, dedication, and tenacity, Caetlin carries those principles into her leadership style, fostering a culture of teamwork, trust, and accountability while continually striving to improve both the employee and customer experience.
Ramiro Guevara brings approximately 30 years of experience in the customer service industry. The first 15 years of his career were spent in retail store management, where he developed strong leadership and operational skills. For the past 15 years, he has been a valued member of this company, serving as a banquet server and currently holding the role of supervisor.
With over 15 years of experience in sports and recreation management, Aaron has a proven track record of building inclusive, high-impact community programming across Colorado. He launched his career developing grassroots sports leagues for the City of Wray while earning his degree in Health and Human Performance (Sports Management emphasis) from Fort Hays State University. Aaron subsequently served as Regional Sports Director for the YMCA of Northern Colorado, where he designed enduring youth “learn-to-play” initiatives, summer camps, and senior programs that elevated the organization’s regional standing. Most recently, as Northeast Regional Manager for Special Olympics Colorado, he empowered local municipalities and nonprofits to expand adaptive sports opportunities, notably pioneering the state’s first bilingual, coach-led teams and significantly growing the organization’s footprint across Northeastern Colorado.
Carlos began his culinary career in 1999, building a strong foundation and passion for cooking in local kitchens. In 2002, he joined the Clarion Hotel (formerly the Plaza Hotel) as a line cook and banquet team member.
Over the years, he worked under four different ownership teams, gaining extensive experience in both restaurant service and large-scale events. A career highlight was preparing a meal for former U.S. President George W. Bush. In 2022, Carlos stepped into the role of Head Chef, where he now leads the kitchen with skill, dedication, and pride.
Carlos has also played a key role in the opening of The Refinery, helping build and shape the banquet kitchen into what it is.
