ASSISTANT
GENERAL MANAGER

Taylor Deniston brings a strong blend of athletic experience, leadership, and operational expertise to the team. A former collegiate basketball player, she earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Tabor College. She then went on to complete her MBA at Fort Hays State University while serving as a graduate assistant for the Northwestern College women’s basketball program. Driven by a passion for people and a commitment to making a positive impact in her community, she thrives in roles that allow her to mentor student-athletes, elevate game-day operations, and contribute to team success.

PROGRAM MANAGER

With over 15 years of sports and recreation management, Aaron has lead and created various opportunities through different sectors. Having started his career in a small community in Eastern Colorado, he first began implementing and developing sports leagues through a parks and recreation department through the City of Wray. Shortly after, Aaron pursued and obtained his degree in Health and Human Performances with an emphasis in Sports Management through Fort Hays State University while still assisting the Wray’s parks and recreations department.

After graduation Aaron returned to Colorado where he took on the role of Regional Sports Director for the YMCA of Northern Colorado.  There he helped develop summer camp programming, learn to play concepts for all youth ages, and senior programming. Today, those programs still exist and has positioned the YMCA as a top quality option for some of Colorado’s biggest counties.

Following his time at the YMCA, he joined the team over at Special Olympics Colorado as the Northeast Regional Manager in which he helped parks and rec departments, nonprofit organizations, and volunteer lead groups to help build and offer adaptive programming opportunities for individuals of all abilities. He was also tasked in creating their statewide engagement of bilingual program opportunities that successfully created the State’s first two bilingual coach lead teams. During his time there he expanded Special Olympics Colorado’s footprint through all of Northeastern Colorado.

During his free time you can find him out fishing, enjoying the nice days out at the park with his wife and son, and attempting to golf. He is excited to meet and be a part of our amazing community.
